Pets allowed, with a supplement of 40 euros per stay.

MOVEMENTS
- From Ferrara railway station, the apartment can be easily reached in 15 minutes on foot;

- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi;

- For those travelling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL area (traffic-restricted area), and it is possible to park for free along the road. Alternatively, it is possible to park at the Diamanti garage, 10 minutes away on foot, open 24 hours and free in the night and during the weekend.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.
