Bright and welcoming 45sqm apartment with private parking, overlooking the lagoon and located on the second floor (without elevator) of a residential building of an holiday context.
Just 6 minutes walk from the apartment there are a long-beach equipped with bar and beach-umbrellas, ideal to have a walk and relaxing, and the Aquatic park, with swimming pool and water slides.
In the center (1 km) you will find many restaurants, gelaterias, clubs. The apartment is organized as follows: -BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables. -LIVING/ SPLEEPING AREA: large sofa-bed, split A / C, TV, chest of drawers, direct balcony access, dining table. - KITCHEN: stove, minibar, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, barbeque, kitchen utensils. - BALCONY: equipped with outdoor table and chairs BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: private parking, unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. CITY TAX. The tourist tax will be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, characterized by the presence of many holiday homes.
It is located halfway between the lagoon and the sea, in an excellent position to fully enjoy both the environments, the panoramas and the typical activities of each.
In the area you will find all the main services, including: supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, petrol stations.
The historic center of Grado, with its pedestrian area, its restaurants, cafes and clubs is only one kilometer away. - From Venice "Marco Polo" airport: about 1h30min by car. - From Friuli airport: about 25/30 minutes by car. Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment.
We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Udine even more interesting and safe.
For any unexpected events or questions we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. Grundsätzlich eine nette Wohnung. Alles drin was man so braucht. Die Lage ist so gut wie Zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Cafes fussläufig.
Ins direkte Zentrum etwas länger zum Meer 5-10min. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr laut, die Fenster konnte man in der Nacht nicht öffnen, Auch sehr warm. Mit Klimaanlage ging es.

Ausstattung des Appartements sehr gut. Großer Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf die Lagune. Privater Parkplatz. Zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand, zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten zum Hafen und Altstadt. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Haus in zweiter Reiher zur Straße, man hört den (um diese Jahreszeit wenigen) Verkehr.

Nette kleine Wohnung an der Lagune, sehr sauber. Zu Fuß ist der Spiaggio Principale gut erreichbar, um täglich in das Zentrum oder an den westlichen Strand zu pendeln sind Leih-Fahrräder ratsam.
