The apartment is located in a quiet area, in a closed / private street overlooking the green and private gardens.
It is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the historic center (the main road is located in absolute proximity to one of the access gates to the historic center of Bologna) and a few meters from the university area and the Sant'Orsola hospital.
Completely renovated in a modern style and equipped with all comforts.
Cozy and welcoming. The apartment is located on the first floor in a modern building. The elevator is present and usable, to access it you have to go up two flights of stairs. In 45 square meters, it accommodates four people.
The areas are divided into: * Living area.
Kitchen equipped with coffee machine, microwave oven, various utensils.
Sofa bed and Split A/C. * Sleeping area.
Double bed and cot for children 0/3 years old. Split A/C. * Bathroom.
Shower box, toilet, bidet, hair dryer. * Other services available to guests.
Split air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, unlimited free wifi, television, iron and clothesline. Cot for babies upon request and payment. Parking not included. There are the following possible parking fees: - blue stripes with parking meter ticket. A few steps away from Via Zamboni, one of the most characteristic university streets of the city, and from Via Indipendenza, the main shopping hub that leads to Piazza Maggiore and the pedestrian area of the 'Quadrilatero' lined with typical restaurants, trattorias and the ancient market of medieval origin where antiquity and modernity merge and gastronomic shopping is a must. Although we are located near the center, the area is very quiet and safe.

Destul de spatios si curat
Nu este ceva ce nu mi-a placut. Ca recomandare, ar fi fost de ajutor sa fie si servetele de masa, atata timp cat ti se ofera toate facilitatile pentru a gati si a manca.

La pulizia della camera è stata impeccabile, tutto pulito e be ordinato, molto accogliente. Anche i colori usati per l'ambiente mi sono piaciuti molto, belle e rilassanti.
Piccole accortezze da sistemare come la chiusura dell'armadio e del piano a conduzione della cucina, non sono riuscita ad accenderlo e dunque ad usare, un vero peccato...
