Very central and comfortable studio completely renovated and furnished in a functional way, divided into living area with sofa and the sleeping area with a queen bed. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a period building without a lift and is an ideal place for short stays for business or leisure: the area is full of restaurants, bars, shops and places for an aperitif and is well served from many services that will make your stay in Bologna truly unforgettable!
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, in the university area in an animated but at the same time safe neighborhood.
In the immediate vicinity there are clubs, bars and restaurants. Behind Piazza Maggiore, near the Central Station and the bus station and a few minutes walk from the main monuments, squares and museums, is the ideal place for those who want to discover the city by walk. This central district is full of shops, restaurants, cafes, clubs, cinemas and theaters.
Furthermore, it is well connected to the outlying areas: the stop for line 28 for the Fair is only 200 meters away and the one for the airport shuttle at 300 meters. The studio, about 32 square meters large, is located on the ground floor of a typical bolognese building.
Internally the house consists of a sleeping area with a comfortable queen bed and a wardrobe for personal belongings.

Bologna is a modern and clean city and the apartment is well placed for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings.

Monolocale ampio e ben attrezzato (caffè per la colazione, ferro da stiro etc.). Posizione strategica, facile da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione e in centro. Collocato in un interno, tranquillissimo. Check-in e check-out facili, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, tempi di reaIone brevi per qualsiasi domanda.

Appartamento non troppo lontano dalla stazione situato in ottima posizione rispetto al centro. Host cordiale e molto disponibile alle esigenze di check-in e check-out. Casa come in foto, non nuovissima ma dotata dell'essenziale, soddisfatto in generale. Unico appunto, il materasso era molto scomodo.
