Modern and cozy 25 sqm studio apartment, ideal for two people, located on the 2nd floor of a characteristic period building without lift.
The property is located within the Traffic-Restricted Area of the historic center and is the ideal solution to visit the city and its main points of interest on foot or thanks to public transport: it is only a 3-minute walk from Teatro della Pergola and less than 10 minutes on foot from Duomo. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, air conditioning with heat pump, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline (at the window) and hairdryer. The whole flat will be at your complete disposal. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you after booking with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival.
The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment.
Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point. PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment. A surcharge applies for arrivals for check-ins after 21:00: - EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00; - EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00; - EUR 40 from 00:00. Killed about 15 mosquitoes in the room during our stay. Be weary, they will eat you alive while you sleep. Didnt leave the door open at all. They were there when we got in.You have to pick up the keys at a different location so plan accordingly
