Cozy apartment perfect for 7 guests is located in the San Salvario district, one of the central districts of Turin, famous for its Art Nouveau and Baroque style buildings. We are in a strategic position: a few meters from the metro station, 4 stops from the central station Porta Nuova, 10 minutes walk from the famous Parco del Valentino, very close to the main hospitals of Turin and the University. Perfect as a base to visit the wonders of Turin!


This comfortable and spacious 85 sq.mt apartment is located on the second floor of a period building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled) and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults.

LIVING AREA: with a single sofa bed, a single bed and a relaxation corner

CICINA: living room with dining area, equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, moka, plates, glasses and cutlery.

BEDROOM 1: has a queen bed and wardrobe

BEDROOM 2: with a queen bed (which can be divided into 2 singles) and a single bed

BATHROOM: with shower cabin and bidet.

The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including: independent heating with boiler and thermostat, air conditioning (in the kitchen, in summer if switched on it is enough to refresh a large part of the apartment), unlimited wifi, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hair dryer, a cradle for babies, high chair for small children.


The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

The San Salvario district is served by numerous public transports and is surrounded by restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors and interesting trendy bars.

In the characteristic Piazzetta Donatello, which also overlooks the church of the Sacred Heart of Mary, is the Casa del Quartiere, a space dedicated to social, cultural and entertainment activities. Also very close is the Teatro Colosseo, in Via Madama Cristina; a few meters further on, the characteristic fruit and vegetable market is held every morning.

Close to the apartment there are also three supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours.

Very close are the Parco del Valentino, which houses the Medieval Village, fascinating testimony of the 1884 Turin Exposition, and the Valentino Castle, which houses the Faculty of Architecture.

The Lingotto Exhibition Center, home to many important events including the International Book Fair, is just five subway stops away; the Molinette Hospital Complex is just three stops away, the Porta Nuova railway station one stop away.
