This villa with garden and parking is located in Monte Malbe, a few minutes drive from Perugia. The villa is perfect if you want to combine relax, walks and tourism.

The house, for 7 people, consists of living room with fireplace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located on one level, the flat has a private garden for the exclusive use of guests, with different corners to relax and enjoy the outdoors: gazebo with sitting area, solarium on the roof, tables, bocce court and a little wild wood.


The 125 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the building.


PLEASE NOTE: You have to climb 2 steps to enter the apt and you have to climb stairs to reach both the solarium on the roof and one of the relax area.

- LIVING ROOM with dining area, 2 sofas, TV and fireplace;

- BEDROOM 1 with double bed and dresser;

- BEDROOM 3 with bunk bed (the bed below can be used by 1 adult or 2 children);

- BATHROOM 1 with toilet, bidet, bathtub;

- BATHROOM 2 with toilet, bidet and shower box;

- STORAGE ROOM;

-SOLARIUM on the roof;

- GARDEN with gazebo with sitting area, tables, bocce court, parking space and a little wild wood.


Additional facilities available for guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, indipendent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, 2 fans, hairdryer.


Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).


N.B.: the keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.


Guests will have full access to all areas of the house and there are no shared spaces.

The strategic position of the villa allows you to easily reach by car the towns and the most famous destinations of Umbria, and at the same time you can walk through olive groves and woods to admire the beautiful views of Perugia (just a 13 minutes drive away), the capital of Umbria and the city known for its places of interest like San Lorenzo Cathedral and Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous fountains in Italy), Palazzo dei Priori, Sala Notari, Galleria Nazionale and Rocca Paolina (and its underground passageways).

In the second half of October the city hosts the most famous chocolate festival, Eurochocolate, an event that attracts many tourists every year since 1994. Just outside the city you can visit La Casa del Cioccolato, the renowned Perugina factory, a place where confectionery icons are produced such as Baci Perugina and Rossana candies.

In July Perugia is the main stage of "Umbria Jazz", a renowned music and artistic festival that is not to be missed. Tourists from all over Italy and abroad overcrowd to the city streets, concerts and events follow one another throughout the festival, creating a unique atmosphere.


You shouldn't miss a visit to Assisi and the homonymous Basilica, to the Perugia city center and its Fontana Maggiore, to the medieval town of Gubbio, to the characteristic Todi, to the municipality of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards and to the city of Foligno (renowned for its historical re-enactments and for the "Giostra della Quintana").


You can enjoy the beauty of the unspoiled nature of the upper Tever valley and the Sibillini Mountains, i'll be amazed by the Lake Trasimeno's shores and landscapes.


Umbria is famous all over the world for being the green heart of Italy. Its typical wine, oil and truffle products do not need to be advertised. It will be nice to follow the wine routes or the cultural routes or simply stroll through the streets of these medieval countries and discover all its charm.
