Modern and welcoming 55sqm apartment, located on the ground floor of a newly built condominium (2000s), with free street parking.
The apartment, located just outside the center of Tarvisio, is in a very convenient position to reach the ski lifts (1 km away).
It is ideal for families or groups of friends and is equipped with the main comforts, including: heating, flat-screen TV in each room. The apartment is organized as follows: -BEDROOM 1: double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, flat screen TV. -BEDROOM 2: queen size sofa bed (120x190), flat screen TV. -LIVING ROOM / LIVING AREA: dining table, kitchen, flat screen TV, armchair, desk. -In particular, KITCHEN: hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, kettle, kitchen utensils. - BATHROOM: walk-in shower, bidet, WC. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Tarvisio is a popular tourist destination throughout the year: in the hot months for cultural and naturalistic wealth, in the cold months for attractions related to winter sports. All around the center of Tarvisio, the municipal territory is dotted with charming villages and unmissable naturalistic itineraries. Thanks to its particular position close to the border, it is a crossroads of languages and cultures where Italy, Slovenia and Austria meet.
The excellent cuisine includes Friulian, Carinthian and Slovenian specialties. Tarvisio is also a destination for many pilgrims thanks to the suggestive Sanctuary of the Madonna del Lussari, a place where tradition recounts an apparition of the Madonna. Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment.
We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Udine even more interesting and safe.
For any unexpected events or questions we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.

L’appartamento si trova in una buona zona . L’appartamento era caldo e accogliente, pulito ed ordinato Ci sono stata con i miei due bambini e ci siamo trovati bene La comunicazione con l’host è stata ottima

Un appartamento molto carino, fornito di tutto, si trova a 10 Min a piedi dal centro di Tarvisio. Host molto gentile, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il phon che è stato subito risolto. Quindi era sempre presente e efficiente.

La posizione ottima,la ragazza del check in puntuale e cordiale,appartamento bello come in foto Purtroppo il servizio di pulizie pessimo per i soldi che costa non mi aspettavo di dover lavare io il pavimento...era pieno di capelli e briciole e il letto con lenzuola sporche
