The 45sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building WITHOUT a lift and can accommodate up to 5 people.

It has an entrance with dining area and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher. Living area with single sofa bed, 28 '' TV and balcony of about 5sqm with panoramic sea view.

Bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and wardrobe, WITHOUT split AC.

Bathroom with bidet and shower.

Additional services available to guests: heating, washing machine, split air conditioning ONLY in the living room. Please note that the oven in the kitchen does not work.

Possibility of free or paid street parking if available.

The apartment is located in an area of the city where in August there is the possibility that it falls within the ZTL area of the city and is NOT reachable by car.


Trapani is perfect as a base for visiting Le Saline, the Egadi islands, Erice, San Vito lo Capo and the beautiful natural areas and beaches of Western Sicily!

All the identity documents of the residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.

For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows

EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30


It is not possible to check-in after 01:30, not even for a fee.


As requested by the Municipality of Trapani, upon arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of €2,5 per person per night in cash, for the first 5 nights.


In case of incorrect waste disposal, according to the rules that will be communicated during check-in, a penalty of 50 euros will be applied.


In case of loss of the keys, a penalty of 20 euros will be applied.
