Spacious and welcoming 60sqm apartment located on the ground floor of an independent villa in Custonaci, a quiet countryside location a short distance from Erice and Cornino! The apartment has a large veranda with dining area and is completely independent from the apartment on the first floor, with the exception of the parking space in the shared courtyard.

The main facilities (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars ...) are about 2.5km from the house.

The use of the car in the area is essential All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law. For all late check-ins from 22 till 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 30 between 22:00 and 24:00 EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30 Late check-ins are not available after 01:30. La casa è splendida con un grande terrazzo fuori che si affaccia su un paesaggio mozzafiato. Fornita di tutti i servizi, con aria condizionata, e il necessario per il pernottamento. La host é stata molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha spiegato tutto il necessario per il soggiorno e il self check in.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! La struttura, seppur in una posizione un po' isolata che garantisce una pace assoluta, si è rivelata una casa grande, accogliente e in ottime condizioni. Pulizia impeccabile e grande attenzione all'ospitalità. Consigliato per chi cerca tranquillità

Soggiorno nel complesso molto positivo! La casa è piacevole, ma con un paio di piccole accortezze potrebbe diventare perfetta: un punto luce esterno dedicato sopra il tavolo (per cenare la sera senza rimanere al buio) e qualche oggetto in più in dotazione nella cucina. Nel complesso siamo stati bene e lo consigliamo!
