Bright and welcoming 35sqm apartment located on the first floor of an independent villa in Custonaci, a quiet countryside location a short distance from Erice and Cornino! The apartment has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and is completely independent from the apartment on the ground floor, with the exception of the parking space in the shared courtyard.
The main facilities (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars) are about 2.5km from the house.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law. For all late check-ins from 22 till 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 30 between 22:00 and 24:00 EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30 Late check-ins are not available after 01:30. Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 1.00€ per person per night in cash, for the first 8 nights. In case of incorrect waste disposal, according to the rules that will be communicated during check-in, a penalty of 50 euros will be applied. Terrazza con vista super sul tramonto. Magico! si vede Erice e il mare! Tranquillità in zona (a volte fin troppa, un po’ molto isolato ma ideale per chi cerca pace) - comodità per attrazioni turistiche (30 minuti da Trapani. Capo;scopello;riserva zingaro etc.) Lavatrice e ombrelloni a disposizione parcheggio interno nel cortile - manca il bidet

L’appartamento è carino ed accogliente, è in una zona relativamente strategica, a 30 minuti di macchina da zone come San Vito Lo Capo e la Riserva dello zingaro, l’unico appunto che mi sento di fare è sulla pulizia non eccellente e sulla presenza di una colonia di formiche in cucina molto fastidiosa.
