The station is only 450m away, while in just over 10 minutes you can reach the ancient city, very suggestive with the typical "caruggi" and the historic Church of S.Antonio Abate.
Everything can be reached on foot in 5 minutes: supermarket, bar, pharmacy.
Car garage included! The 45 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator which does not have a stop on the flat's floor: it is therefore necessary to reach the fourth floor and walk down a flight of stairs. - Independent little kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, moka, juicer and traditional oven - 16 sqm living room with dining table, queen sofa bed and TV - 13 sqm bedroom with queen bed - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - Storage room - Sea view balcony equipped with table and chairs x2 - Private garage size: 5.70m long, 3m wide, 2.60m high. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, indipendent heating with heat pump, cooling fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING. We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail. The city tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 7 nights, as provided by the municipality of Deiva Marina. Located in the wonderful Ligurian Riviera of Levante, Deiva Marina is the perfect point to visit one of the most beautiful coasts of Italy, full of wonderful villages to discover: the enchanting Portofino, the elegant Santa Margherita Ligure, the famous Rapallo, among the many.
The Cinque Terre, with the wonderful fishing villages famous all over the world and the National Park full of hiking trails and activities, are within short distance, reachable by sea or with the comfortable regional trains. Deiva Marina is a city on a human scale, where everything can be reached on foot or by bicycle, without using the car. The town is divided into two parts: the ancient village, very suggestive thanks to the small streets, the typical "caruggi", the eighteenth-century Church of San Antonio Abate and the medieval Castello Da Passano, and the more recent part called "Marina", rich of shops and restaurants.
The beaches are golden and sandy, the crystal clear water.

Sehr gute Lage Zimmer und Einrichtung gut
Es war kaltes Wetter und wir hatten Probleme mit der Heizung. Wir wollten den Besitzer anrufen, aber es war nur ein Band ohne Rückruf das war schlecht.

Posizione ottima, vista mare, vicinanza al mare e alla passeggiata, 50 metri e sei in spiaggia, il box fronte casa utilissimo, posso immaginare quanto sia utile e indispensabile nei mesi estivi, l'appartamento molto bello e funzionale, vicinanza a tutti i servizi necessari, farmacia, alimentari ristoranti ecc.
Direi che è andato tutto bene, qualche miglioria a mio parere: La mancanza di un microonde, che oggi nelle nostre case usiamo tutti ed è quasi indispensabile, ci fai tutto rapidamente, non aspettare la mattina della partenza per avere il pdf con le ultime istruzioni, che poi per problemi tecnici non è arrivato, ma risolto brillantemente tramite contatti telefonici con il Sig. Riccardo GENTILISSIMO,
