Cosy 40 sqms apartment, perfect for 3 people, located on the second floor (NO lift) of a building with shared garden and private parking.
The property is located a few steps from the beach (300 metres), in an area full of services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The apartment features a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies with chairs and tables, the ideal solution to enjoy breakfasts in the open air. The inside is organised as follows: - LIVING AREA with kitchenette (induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle and kitchenware), dining table, sofa bed, TV and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM with shower, hairdryer, sink, bidet and toilet. - TWO BALCONIES with table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating with heat pumps, air conditioning (2 splits: 1 in the bedroom, 1 in the living area), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hall stand and mosquito nets. ATTENTION.
There is NO wifi. OTHER INFORMATION: there are no steps inside the apartment, but there are two flights of stairs to access the property. Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning. Private PARKING in the garden of the property, parking space number 11. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our Guests. PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests. Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out. NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment. La posizione ideale a due passi dal mare, con bar, supermercato e piadineria buonissima, tutto a pochi metri. Cucina vivibile e camera da letto con aria condizionata entrambe, e molto carine. Ci sono anche due piccoli balconcini. Possibilità di cucinare con piano a induzione. Il bagno resta un po; grezzo rispetto al resto della casa.

Prezzo troppo elevato per il tipo di struttura, posizione ottima. L’appartamento piccolo, pochi armadi. Il bagno da rifare completamente, nessun armadietto per gli effetti personali, la doccia era costituita da un telo di plastica al centro del bagno senza box. Presente aria condizionata, ma l’assen...
