The property enjoys an excellent position, being situated in a panoramic area (sea view) and surrounded by the greenery of Borgo Marola, one of the hamlets of La Spezia, on the way to the wonderful Porto Venere (9 km away).

The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a balcony. External shared courtyard with barbecue. The closest free beach is located in the hamlet of "Le Grazie" which is 5 km away, or in Portovenere which is about 8 km away

It is located on the way to Portovenere and, just 300 meters away, it is possible to find all the main services, including a grocery store, a bar, a restaurant and a pharmacy, as well as the bus stop to reach Lerici, Portovenere and La Spezia.
