A charming 40 sq m ground-floor apartment, perfect for three people, with a private entrance and a beautiful internal garden.
The accommodation is located in the heart of the historic center, on one of Padua's most charming streets, characterized by the classic porticoes that connect Piazza dei Signori and the Clock Tower to the large city gate of Ponte Molino.
All the city's main tourist attractions are just a few minutes' walk away! The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). REGIONAL CODE: 028060-LOC-02594 NATIONAL CODE: IT028060B4XPM4LYCD The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM (connecting to the bedroom) with a queen-size sofa bed, 24" TV, split A/C, and access to the small garden; - KITCHEN with gas stove, dining table and chairs, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, and access to the small garden; - BEDROOM (connecting to the living room) with two single beds (which can be joined together to form a double bed), wardrobe; - FULL BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet; - PATIO with small garden (not for exclusive use and with a step for access) with a dining area with a table and chairs, and an awning; - STORAGE ROOM.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WiFi, independent heating, split A/C, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Padua is home to an ancient university, and parts of the town centre have a very studenty feel to them: young people revising under shady trees or meeting up before lectures.
Successful modern business exists alongside unspoilt historical sights, and there's lots for the visitor to do. Padua's biggest tourist attraction is the Scrovegni Chapel (Cappella degli Scrovegni), with its priceless frescoes by Giotto.
Despite the town's many other interesting sights, this is the only place in Padua where tourism has taken over.
The Basilica of St. Anthony of Padua (known simply as Il Santo) is also on some tourism/pilgrimage circuits but through the rest of town you're more likely to encounter students and smartly-dressed businesspeople than tourists.
There is a lot more to Padua than these two sights, however.
The town centre is an attractive place to explore, with many historic streets to wander.
It's always been a wealthy town, and has fine architecture dating to different eras.
Giotto's are not the only frescoes in town, and the art-lover has masses to admire in the town's churches and art gallery.
And after the visitor has enjoyed Padua's lovely parks and gardens, and strolled the pleasant arcaded streets, there is still plenty to do in the area around the town: villas to visit, boat trips and thermal spas. - From Padova FS Train Station, take bus U06 and get off at “Padova Teatro Verdi” stop, which is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. - From Venice Marco Polo Airport, take bus E015-V and get off at “Padova Autostazione”. From there, take bus U06 and get off at “Padova Teatro Verdi”, which is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. - If you're traveling by car, there's no parking available on the property and the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.

La ubicación es excepcional!! Muy cómodo en una planta baja, pero con mucha privacidad! Por poner un pero, el que no hubiera tostadora. Por lo demás, estaba bien equipado.

Apartment très agréable et situé en plein coeur de Padova. Idéal pour profiter de la vie nocturne de la ville, des bars et des restaurants environnants. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes, et le petit plus qui nous a ravie : les quelques décorations de Noël ajoutées pour la période ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Next to Piazza Signora where there was always something going on. Property manager was excellent and was prompt and very helpful. Ground floor was a plus. WiFi was strong and excellent. Shower attachment and shower head need to be replaced. Description said there was a washer, but there was not.
