Our 2 cozy holiday homes (semi-detached houses) are located in a quiet area on the edge of the village.
Ideally located for hikers and bikers.
With parking at the house and lockable storage for bicycles.
Each house has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
From the living room, there is access to a terrace and garden with a dog-proof fence.
The pictures are for both holiday homes, as both halves are furnished identically, just mirrored.
Included in the price are towels, bed linen, utilities, and final cleaning.
Children up to 2 years old vacation with us for free. For bookings of fewer than 4 nights, a short-stay surcharge of €5.00 per person per night must be paid – already included in the total price. Dogs (max. 2) are allowed – additional charge of €5.00 per night per dog. You are welcome to bring a dog bed (please no dogs on the sofa!!). Please register and/or book this in advance when booking – thank you very much. Note on the guest contribution: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation establishments within the Gerolstein administrative district have paid a guest contribution of €0.75 per person per night since January 1, 2024. Children aged 0-5 and business or educational travelers are exempt from this contribution. The guest contribution is not included in the booking price; it is collected separately by the accommodation provider and forwarded to the Gerolstein administrative district. The statutes can be viewed at: www.gerolstein.de/gaestebeitrag Please coordinate arrival and departure times with your hosts.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber.

Voor de hond een grote rondom afgezette tuin.
