This vacation rental is a charming stone house, comfortable and independent, located in a dead end street.

The cottage offers you, on the ground floor: a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and lounge, as well as a laundry area with wc and washbasin.

On the 1st floor, you will have 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with 1 140 bed, two bedrooms each with 1 160 bed (modular 2 x 80).

Also on this level: a bathroom with wc and a play / reading corner on the landing.

Outside, you will enjoy a private garden, a covered terrace, a lean-to that can be used as a bicycle shelter, and two parking spaces.

The cottage is located at the entrance to the owners 'land (area secured by an electric gate), the driveway to the cottage and the owners' house is shared. For your next vacation, come and stay in Plougoumelen, located just 15 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan with its coastal landscapes, coves and typical ports.

You can embark at Bono (in summer) or Baden (all year round) for a boat cruise with or without a stopover on the islands (Ile aux Moines - Ile d'Arz).

For hikers departing from the house, a footpath will take you to the coastal path along the Gulf of Morbihan.

From the cottage, you are a few minutes from the expressway to explore and discover all the treasures of the department: Quiberon and its wild coast, the fine sandy beaches of Erdeven, the menhirs of Carnac, the Ria d'Etel and Saint- Cado, the Rhuys peninsula etc ...
