Free arrival day. On a farm (polyculture: corn, corn, potatoes), 1 km from the center of the town (all shops, all services, swimming pool, cinema), gite-studio upstairs (covered and comfortable staircase, at above the owners' garages) secure parking: living / bedroom with kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, hood, washing machine, no dishwasher). 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 90x200 (maximum 2 people in the house).
Big heart with possibility of parking 2 vehicles.
Sheets and towels provided. WIRELESS. Possibility of cleaning fee. Electric heating charges included. North of the Lille Métropole, a few km from the Belgian border. Public transport at 200m with connection to Lille, Tourcoing (Ouigo station). Menin (Belgium) at 3km, Kortrijk at 14km, Roubaix (Museum of the Pool) at 14km, Villeneuve d'Ascq (Pierre Mauroy Stadium) at 20km, Lille at 23km, Tournai at 40km, Ghent at 60km.
