Independent gîte, completely renovated with quality equipment (high-end bedding) in a 2-hectare wooded park.
Unsecured fishing pond of 1500m² (possibility of fishing for carp by releasing the fish). Entrance onto paved courtyard with 3 gîtes sharing common outdoor spaces. . On the ground floor: Equipped kitchen with dining area (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, pod coffee maker). A bathroom with a corner shower, sink and WC. Living room with decorative fireplace, sofas, 80cm TV. Access to the first floor via a narrow staircase, 2 steps leading to a bedroom with 1 140*190 bed, private bathroom with shower (90*120), sink and WC. Second bedroom with 1 140*190 bed. A 3rd bedroom with 2 90*200 beds (no 180*200 bed possible). Parking in the alley.
Sheets, towels, heating and cleaning included. Shared laundry room (washing machine and dryer). WIFI (fiber). Secure bicycle storage. A great place to stay.Very quit location and yet close to Paris. High quality equipment with a modern kirchen, very good WiFi.We were welcomed very friendly. It was a nice vacation, we liked the house very much.
