180m² cottage located in a detached house.
On the ground floor, entrance to the equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, 4 induction hobs, refrigerator with freezer), living room with dining and lounge area, 120cm TV. decorative fireplace.
On the 1st floor, 3 separate bedrooms: the first with a 140x190 bed, the second a 120x190 bed and the third with a 140x190 bed and a sink.
A first bathroom upstairs is equipped with a (decorative) bathtub, shower and WC.
On the 2nd floor, 3 other separate bedrooms: the hummingbird bedroom has two 90x190 beds, a sink and a wardrobe. The small monkey bedroom, more cocooning, has a 90x190 bed and the 3rd soldiers' bedroom, 2 90x190 beds with a wardrobe. A 2nd bathroom is available with shower and sink. 2nd independent toilet.
You can enjoy the enclosed garden with garden furniture and plancha. Parking 50m from the property (busy street). In the town of Bazoches-sur-Guyonne, a breath of fresh air at the gates of the capital, 34 km from the south of Paris.

Less than 2 kilometers from the Golf du Tremblay. 4 km from the charming cobblestone streets of Monfort l'Amaury, an exceptional village to visit. By car, you will be 15 minutes from the Thoiry Zoo and its castle and France Miniature.
5 minutes by car, Villiers-Neauphle station serves Paris by train every hour (arrival at Montparnasse station in 30 minutes). A 2-hour walk is possible in the woods from the gîte.

On a pas assez profiter du gîte car nous avons passé la journée de samedi à Paris. Néanmoins, mes filles ont bien profité du gîte en soirée avec leurs amis ; c'était les 18ans de mes filles (jumelles).On reviendra avec le reste de ma famille.

Très bon séjour, la maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Le jardin et l'accès au petit bois sont top et les alentours très riches. De fait la maison donne sur une route passante, mais une fois le portail fermé on oublie. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Natalia.

. Propriétaires très accueillants. Beaucoup d'informations pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. La maison est rustique mais cuisine très bien équipée et chambres très propres et confortables. La région est superbe. Il a fait assez beau pour profiter de la terrasse. Seul bémol est la proximité de la route assez passante.
