Quietly, the Donjon gîte, 160m², overlooks the wooded courtyard closed and secured by an electric gate.
It is adjoining the owners' house.

On the ground floor, a large living room has a lounge with wood stove, and a convertible sofa. The living room opens onto the equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Bathroom with shower and WC (accessible to people with reduced mobility).

Upstairs, you will enjoy 5 bedrooms: the first bedroom has a 140x190 bed, the second bedroom has two 90x200 beds, the third has 3 90x200 beds, the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have two single beds. 90x200.
Two bathrooms are located on the 1st floor with shower. Independent WC. Washer dryer.
You can park your car in the enclosed courtyard.
Non-smoking gîte. In the Chevreuse Valley Natural Park, the gîte is located at the foot of the Donjon de Maurepas, a listed historic monument dating from the 11th century. The gîte is located in the old village, at the foot of the Tower, not far from the Courance basin.

The “La Verrière” station, 3km away, can take you without change to Versailles, Rambouillet, Saint Quentin en Yvelines, Paris Montparnasse (TGV, Metro), Paris La Défense (RER, Metro) (Olympics, 2024 Olympic Games)... bus travels between the Donjon and the station.
18 km from Versailles (a city, a castle, the city of the French art of living with its many historical sites to discover), and 7 km from the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines golf course. Saint Quentin en Yvelines National Velodrome 13 km away.

The cottage has an exterior access ramp, and the ground floor has no steps, including in the first bathroom.
For pétanque enthusiasts, a field has been integrated into the property.
