The Neroli perfume studio is located on the 1st floor of the owners' individual house, in a quiet suburban residence.
Access is via a private staircase to the gîte. Gîte-studio of 26m².
The living room, with sloping ceilings, consists of a sleeping area with a 140x200 bed and a 140x190 convertible sofa. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, combined microwave and oven, 2 induction hobs, TASSIMO pod coffee maker and a dining area.
A bathroom with shower (140x0.80) and WC. During sunny days, you can enjoy the furnished terrace with garden furniture. Possibility of parking a vehicle in the fully fenced and secure residence. ALL-INCLUSIVE accommodation (energy charges, sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning).
