In the basement, a games room with table football and billiards.
A summer kitchen with freezer and extra fridge opens directly onto the garden, ping pong, games and children's bikes, swing.
Central heating by heat pump.

Close to the departmental road that leads to Nontron and Périgord, the very comfortable house with a 50m2 semi-covered terrace is surrounded by a 2000m2 fully enclosed plot.
A small path allows you to reach, at about 800 m, the lake of Saint Mathieu, its beach and the games.
Another path leads to the family pond (about 500 m), ideal for resting in the middle of nature, having a picnic or teasing the fish.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au gîte du Picatao. Il est parfaitement adapté pour accueillir de jeunes enfants. Les extérieurs sont extrêmement agréables. En bref, une très belle semaine que nous recommandons vivement !

Très bon séjour.Les propriétaires sont bien sympathiques et très discrets.Le gîte est tellement confortable et bien équipé que nous n'avons pas eu besoin de demander quoique ce soit.Tout est bien pensé pour les grands et les petits, équipements de la maison et loisirs.Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

L'accueil chaleureu des propriétaires fut un ensoleillement à notre arrivée sous la grisaille du temps. Notre séjour s'est agréablement déroulé et le gîte dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. L'aménagement est bien pensé et fonctionnel. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir à l'occasion car il y a de belles balades à faire.
