Ground floor: 98 m² living room with a large lounge area (home cinema, stereo system), fireplace, fitted kitchen, large dining room and small dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 travel cot), shower room and WC.
Mezzanine 1: relaxation area with jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, fitness room and table football.
Mezzanine 2: billiards, reading corner.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room, WC.
Second floor: large converted attic bedroom (6 single beds) with home cinema, shower room, WC.
Central heating (gas and heat pump providing air conditioning in summer), satellite channels, laundry room, pétanque court, table tennis, 3 mountain bikes.
Air conditioning only in the main living room.
The price includes towels, linens, and bed linen.
Optional extras: breakfast and housekeeping.
Public Access Establishment (ERP) regulations do not allow exceeding the maximum capacity (including children and babies).
Very comfortable gîte set in a large farmhouse, in a typical hamlet of the Monts d'Ambazac.
It opens through large bay windows onto a terrace and an independent enclosed garden of 1200 m² with heated and secure swimming pool open from the end of April to the beginning of October (depending on weather conditions).
Many entertainments are available on site but also in the surrounding area, notably around the Lake of St Pardoux (5 km) and the Monts d'Ambazac where Chabanne is located.
Hiking trails are numerous and particularly attractive.
Several leisure activities are offered as options: horse riding, cycling and mountain biking, tennis, squash, fishing, golf...

Maison parfaite pour un week-end entre amis avec une pièce principale aménagée pour que nous profitions tous les uns des autres même si nous ne pratiquons pas la même activité. Très bien équipée, on s y sent bien dans cette maison.

Une très belle région avec de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées dont nous avons pu effectuer.La cadre du gîte est super sympa avec un accueil très chaleureux et compétent.Nous avons profité des aménagements de ce gîte et passer une agréable cousinade Merci

Un gîte tout confort, juste parfait pour ce we entre amis. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable moment. L'aménagement des lieux et la déco ont beaucoup de cachet. Bref ... a refaire en famille cette fois. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil !
