Ground floor: spacious living area semi-open to a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, cozy lounge with TV, bedroom (1 double bed) with ensuite shower room, WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people (2 queen beds), one with an ensuite shower room.
Bathroom.
Large bedroom/living room that can accommodate 4 people (4 single beds). A second hallway leads to another bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom with shower, 2 WCs, a laundry room, and a bedroom (2 single beds). Oil-fired central heating. Public Access Building (ERP) regulations do not allow exceeding the maximum occupancy (including children and babies). Between Limoges and Poitiers, Thiat is a typical village of the Limousin market.
The former presbytery, in the heart of the village, has just been comfortably renovated.
It opens at the back, onto a terrace and a lawn (garden furniture and plancha). At 7 km, Lathus Saint Rémy offers the possibility of practicing kayaking, climbing, Accro'branches, circus, horse riding, nature hike...

Beau cadre à la campagne dans un lieu très agréable qui peut héberger facilement 14 personnes (3 WC et 4 salle de bains), dont une personne ou couple à mobilité réduite.Les responsables du site sont disponibles, agréables et serviables.Les couchages sont de qualité et les espaces disponibles tout à fait satisfaisants.

Excellent séjour! Lieu très calme. Gîte spacieux rénové avec goût, confortable et bien équipé intérieur et extérieur. Tout est réuni pour passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis,avec ou sans enfant. La région très belle est à découvrir à pied, en vélo.... Nous recommandons vivement.

Super séjour !!!Mais on peut toujours progresser :- lave vaisselle très bruyant- couteaux de cuisine à affûter - table à plancha fébrile- une chambre reste un peu fraîche Pour le reste, c’est vraiment top, tant pour le goût de la décoration et le confort, que pour les équipements et la localisation.
