Soak up the Sardinian sun in this family-friendly villa-style apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
On the ground floor of an exclusive, quiet residence, this apartment sleeps 4 people.
The residence is modern but built in an attractive, Mediterranean style with views out over the beautifully maintained, shared garden and swimming pool.
The contemporary kitchenette in the living/dining room is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and Mokka coffee machine, making self-catering very easy.
In the living area, there is a table that seats 4 people, a comfortable sofa and large French windows that lead directly onto a shaded, private terrace overlooking the pool.
The terrace has another table for 4 people for al fresco dining and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun. Sleeping Bedroom 1: An airy bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. Bed 2: A bright bedroom with 2 single beds and stylish blue wardrobes. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: A large, tiled bathroom fully equipped with a standalone shower, bidet, basin, WC and washing machine Bathroom 2: A brand new, stylish, tiled bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and WC. Pittulongu is truly blessed with a picture-perfect, long, white sandy beach.
It is particularly popular with families, as the crystal clear, shallow waters are very safe for bathing.
The area is well known for its snorkelling, thanks to the pristine sea. On the beach, you can hire sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as jet skis and windsurfing boards for the more adventurous.
There are also fine coastal hikes with views of the famous island of Tavolara. The island of Tavolara claims to be the smallest kingdom in the world and is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. The town of Pittulongu itself is home to many excellent restaurants which cater to all ages, with local Sardinian specialities, seafood and classic Italian cuisine.
There are many of the amenities that any holidaymaker might need – shops, pharmacies etc., however, you are advised to bring your own car when staying at the property. Olbia airport is just a 15-minute drive from the apartment. If you plan to arrive by ferry from Livorno or Civitavecchia the ferry terminal in Olbia is only a 10-minute drive away. The house is not suitable for elderly people.

Schlüsselübergaben und -rückgabe hat bestens funktioniert. Gute Lage, der Strand ist gut erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat es auch in der Nähe. Die Terasse und der Pool sind toll!

Het was een fijn huis met alle voorzieningen in de buurt. Jammer was dat we een bovenhuis hadden en niet beneden aan het zwembad. Maar daar hadden we wel meer privacy
