The detached holiday home, built in 2010, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view of the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Opposite the golf course. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn auch ein Herd vorhanden gewesen wäre und nicht nur eine Kochplatte. Sonst war alles top. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich und zuvorkommend
