Location
Rovinj. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the old town in Rovinj Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). The central parking in the village is free in winter. In summer it is charged per day and availability cannot be guaranteed. However, in summer the owner can provide a free parking space near the property where you can leave your car (subject to availability). If you prefer this option, please inform us or the owner before your arrival

Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
