The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1998, was renovated in 2020, and is modernly furnished.
The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village.
The domicile is popular due to its quiet location.
Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture. Location Gyenesdiás.
The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence.
The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance.
The owner has their own dog.
Access is via a side road (paved).

všetko od A do Z v poriadku. piesok / kamienková pláž sa nachádza 10 minút pešo, pretože do rôznych reštaurácií, do úspor, cent a Aldi nie.
