The detached holiday home, built in 1994 and renovated in 2018, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, and courtyard.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Private accommodation. Well-kept garden, exotic plants and flowers. Access is via a side street (paved, length 30 m). Parking (for 2 cars) in garage, carport. Garage on request. Parking in an enclosed courtyard.
