The detached holiday home built in 2004, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site and courtyard.

Vonyarcvashegy. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm enclosed plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. How is Lake Balaton? Short answers are unique, wonderful, and versatile. God created nature in his good mood. The lake full of volcanic mountains surpasses tourists. Here, on the northwestern bank of the lake, on the southern slope of the Keszthely Mountains, is the village of Vonyarcvashegy. The cultural city of Keszthely and the famous Hévíz Spa are nearby. You can also go hiking, cycling, swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing. Vonyarcvashegy is one of the largest and most popular beaches in the region, with sandy beaches and shallow water, an oasis of peaceful relaxation. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet (2 sqm) with 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Dom má peknú polohu v kľudnom mieste, pritom v dobrej dostupnosti služieb - obchod, reštaurácia i pláž. Pani majiteľka bola veľmi milá, domluva ale bola zložitejšia, pretože hovorila iba po maďarsky s pár slovíčkami nemecky alebo rusky. Jediné, čo by som vytkla, je zastarané vybavenie domu, vzhľadom k cene by som očakávala viac.
