The detached holiday home, built in 2010, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property over the forests and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Krivoklat, 250 mASL. The holiday home is located on a 750 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking in the carport and on the street in front of the house.

Bathroom (4 sqm) with bathtub, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
2nd Floor: Bedroom (17 sqm) with 2 single beds, seating area and access to the balcony (40 sqm). Bedroom (16 sqm) with 2 single beds and seating area. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

Veľkosť a voľný pohyb v dome, moderné zariadenia a veľká pokojná lokalita.
Friendly veľmi pekné prenajímateľ.
Bohužiaľ, čistotu v kuchyni, sporák, umývačka, riadu v skriniach, ktoré majú byť žiaduce.
