The holiday home, built in 1971 and renovated in 2011, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, swing seat, and campfire site.
