The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 2006 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The residence is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for shared use: garden shower. Pool bar, restaurant, baby club every afternoon, baby dance every evening, water aerobics, yoga, themed music evenings for adults and children, buffets, foam parties, shared laundry room.

Lido di Spina. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. One parking space per flat.
