Albarella. The villa is located on a open garden plot with meadow and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella has different types of accommodation: small flats, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, large villas with swimming pool. They are located in the tourist centre. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can opt for a relaxing holiday or devote yourself to your favorite sport. Located in the Po Delta Natural Park and connected to the mainland by a bridge, the island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares are covered by Mediterranean scrub, covered by 2 million trees of 150 different tree species, for example. Maritime pine and poplar, also called "Populus Alba", from which the island takes its name. Fallow deer, pheasants, hares, deer, hawks, herons and Italian waders find their natural habitat here. The entire island (100%) and all water areas are under strict protection. Access is via a field or forest track. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the street in front of the house. The houses are located at the entrance to the island, near the restaurant "Il Rustico", where evening music parties are organized in summer.
Ground floor: Living room with sitting area, TV, dining area and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture). Bedroom with 1 double bed, (only suitable under the year of 3) and 1 baby cot.
