The property is situated in a lively area, in a residential district, in the town centre, close to the old town. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property over the sea and its sunny waterfront location. Available for shared use:

The apartment is located in the centre right by the sea; a restaurant, a café and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking in a car park in the town (distance 200 m). Parking is subject to charges at the rates of the City of Biograd. There are daily and weekly passes which must be placed clearly visible in the car.
