Zell am Ziller. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The holiday apartments TIR ZIL 014 (5 persons) and TIR ZIL 015 (for 6 persons) are located in the same house. PLEASE NOTE: There is a construction site directly near the apartment. Due to unforeseeable storm damage (force majeure), the municipality of Gerlosberg began to renovate/develop the area around the apartments early on. This means that there will be noise disturbances in the future. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
