The property is situated in a residential area.

Due to an unforeseeable storm damage (force majeure), the municipality of Gerlosberg has started early to renovate/develop the area around the apartments.
Therefore, there will be noise disturbances in the future.
Access is directly from the main road (paved).
In winter, snow chains are recommended.
