Ein großer Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Meer, sodass kein unnötiger Aufenthalt am Strand erforderlich ist. Der zweite große Vorteil ist die Lage im Wald (hohe Kiefern), sodass man sich gut vor der Hitze verstecken kann.
