The holiday apartment is located in a detached house. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Fonyód. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house but uses a separate entrance. In the holiday house, there is another holiday apartment BAL FON 028 (3 persons). The available number of rooms always corresponds to the number of people. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late August 2.2 m x 5 m 1.4 m deep). Weather dependent.

Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

Možnosť využitia bazénu a príjemnej záhrady. Bohužiaľ voda vytekla z bazéna a každý deň to bolo menej. V kuchyni, s výnimkou toho, že bola zle vybavená (byt pre 7 osôb a len 3 čajové lyžičky, 6 pohárov atď.), Bola malá a vytečená chladnička, ktorá nebola blízko. Preto sme zničili veľa jedla. Majiteľ sa úplne nemohol stretnúť - nevedel po anglicky.
