The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive shared use are: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing and fire pit.

Badacsonytomaj. The holiday home is located on a 1300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. The holiday home has 2 air conditioners. One is in the ground-floor living room and one in the open-plan kitchen/dining area on the top floor. All rooms are equipped with a fan. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception is via cable.
