Villa I Due Casali, tucked up on a hill dominating the broad surrounding Umbria greenery, is located a few steps away from Preggio, an 11th-century village.
Outer amenities are located in a splendid and attractive position, among green lawns, fruit trees, succulents, and aromatic herbs: the wide saltwater pool equipped with sunbeds, parasols, and a gazebo, a children's playground, and a 5-a-side football pitch. Villa I Due Casali can easily host up to 18 people thanks to its 9 spacious double bedrooms, all equipped with a private bathroom with a shower. Bathrooms on the ground floor are equipped to be easily accessible to disabled people. The main building's ground floor has been conceived as a wide living room where to host convivial and relaxing moments, either sitting down around the dining table or in front of the warmth of the fireplace. During hotter seasons, it is possible to eat al fresco under the main loggia facing the valley and the green mountains on the horizon. The loggia is directly linked to the spacious and modern kitchen, fully equipped with all utensils and adjacent to the dining room. Two barbecue sets, a botanical garden, and local fruit trees are at guests' disposal, and vegetables/fruit can be picked anytime and tasted right away.
This territory is worth discovering, thanks to its closeness to Florence and Rome (only 2 hours driving) and other Tuscan and Umbrian highlights, with their food and wine experiences. Trasimeno Lake can also offer plenty of leisure activities such as trekking, horse riding, rafting, and caving.

Es ist kaum zu glauben, wie friedlich es hier ist. Wir haben unsere Tage mit Wanderungen rund um den Trasimenischen See verbracht und uns anschließend am Pool entspannt. Die Besitzer waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Het is moeilijk te geloven hoe vredig deze plek is, We hebben onze dagen doorgebracht met wandelen rond het Trasimenomeer en kwamen terug om te ontspannen bij het zwembad, De eigenaren waren ongelooflijk behulpzaam en lieten ons ons meteen thuis voelen,

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, perfekt für eine große Gruppe. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer, was alles sehr praktisch machte. Das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich und ein toller Ort zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag.
