This holiday resort is located on the northern Adriatic on a narrow peninsula, with large parts situated in a shady pine forest. Between the Adige estuary and the Po Delta, this extremely fertile strip of land stretches, crisscrossed by many canals, waterways, and fishing grounds. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and bidet.
