The holiday flat is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2008, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in a residential district, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location.
Location
Opatija. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. Hotel parking spaces in front of the house for a fee (25 EUR per day payable on site).

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Shopping 50 m, restaurant 30 m, town centre 20 m. Airport in Omišalj 40 km. Railway station in Rijeka 15 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 50 m in Opatija (beach 60 m in Opatija with rocks and bathing platforms). Water sports facilities in Opatija 1000 m. Diving in Rijeka 10 km.
