The studio is located in a detached single-family house built in 1993, renovated in 2019, and furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and campfire site.

It is 800 m from the house and leads via a regular direct train connection Liberec - Szklarszka Poreba (Poland). Access is via a side road (paved, length 300 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
