The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance.
In the original fisherman's house in the typical regional style with a thatched roof, completely renovated in 1996, the holiday apartments RUE HID 001 and RUE HID 002 (each for 3 people) are located in the attic.
Cars are parked on the mainland in guarded car parks - Hiddensee is car-free. Special Electric heating.
Internet access (Wi-Fi).
Television reception via satellite. Pets not allowed. Distances Shopping 200 m, restaurant 30 m, town centre 450 m.

Die Ausstattung würde ich als "normal" - im positiven Sinne - beschreiben. Da es unser erster Aufenthalt auf Hiddensee war, fehlt mir ein sinnvoller Vergleichsmaßstab. "Besonders" ist sicher die Lage plus die Automobilfreiheit, was allerdings nicht spezifisch für diese FeWo ist, sondern für die Insel per se.
