- Bathroom with Italian shower, sink, toilet. Accessible to PMR.

- West facing terrace of 20 m² accessible from the living room, to enjoy a meal outside.

- Big beach of Pléneuf-Val-André at less than 100 m
- Supermarket and all shops at 500 m

Appartement parfait pour 2 personnes, mer a 30m visible depuis la terrasse .
L'appartement est neuf, très propre et très bien équipé. Excellent séjour dans la quiétude et le calme de ce logement.
