Very comfortable cottage with a warm interior design.
On the ground floor: you will enjoy a living area including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a lounge, opening directly onto the terrace and garden, and a separate toilet.
A step leads to the entrance of the living room. Upstairs: Sleeping area with two bedrooms; the first with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a TV, the second with a 90x190cm bed and a 90x200cm bed and a TV, a bathroom, and a toilet. (Each bedroom also has a water point). Outside: a private, enclosed plot of 800m², a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs. A separate storage room with a washing machine and storage for bicycles. Baby kit available (travel cot, high chair, mini bathtub). Characterful gîte adjoining the owners' home and located near a farm. Come stay in southern Morbihan, at Locoal Mendon between land and sea. You will appreciate the diversity of the landscapes, wild beaches, marshes, oyster farms, typical ports ... For lovers of fishing on foot, the Listrec inlet is renowned.

Très bon accueil, Stéphanie et Eric sont très agréables et de très bons conseils.Très bon séjour au calme, au milieu des ria locales, des hirondelles et de la ferme.Pour ceux qui aiment le calme et la nature, nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

Calme et sérénité ... le gîte est fidèle au descriptif et les propriétaires sont charmants.Belles balades à faire à proximité à pieds ou à 30mns de voiture pour accéder à Carnac Quiberon La Trinite Auray Etel... Les chiens sont admis et le terrain est bien clôturé.En bref super séjour
