Very comfortable cottage with a warm interior design.
On the ground floor: you will enjoy a living area including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a lounge, opening directly onto the terrace and garden, and a separate toilet.
A step leads to the entrance of the living room.
Upstairs: Sleeping area with two bedrooms; the first with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a TV, the second with a 90x190cm bed and a 90x200cm bed and a TV, a bathroom, and a toilet. (Each bedroom also has a water point).
Outside: a private, enclosed plot of 800m², a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs.
A separate storage room with a washing machine and storage for bicycles.
Baby kit available (travel cot, high chair, mini bathtub).
Characterful gîte adjoining the owners' home and located near a farm.
Come stay in southern Morbihan, at Locoal Mendon between land and sea.
You will appreciate the diversity of the landscapes, wild beaches, marshes, oyster farms, typical ports ...
For lovers of fishing on foot, the Listrec inlet is renowned.

Merci pour les délicieuses crêpes !Entre Ria, mer et campagne, le gîte de la famille Guillas est un havre de pai.1 semaine au calme, partagée avec notre chienne Loullig, c'était top ! Et le soleil était bien au rendez-vous !A recommander et au plaisir de revenir.

Je l'ai déjà recommandé à mon meilleur ami.Un très beau gîte, avec des propriétaires très gentils et present au besoin, le tout dans un cadre calme et cela proche d'enormement de sites à visitée.Je le recommande , et les chiens sont acceptés avec un terrain clos.GénialJ'y reviendrai
