From the terrace you overlook the Mediterranean garden and the azure Mediterranean Sea.
You reach the villa via a shared driveway.
You can enjoy it here all year round: in winter by the fireplace, in summer you can walk to the beach.
With a badge from the owner, you can park for free at the beach La Croix Valmer, the village with a "qualité de vie" is a lovely and charming seaside resort with its weekly market on Sundays that is very popular for miles around.
The fish stall will be waiting for you around 12.30 to enjoy some fresh oysters over a glass of white wine.
