Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
Enjoy a peaceful and private environment in this spacious villa of 270 m², perfect for family or work groups of up to 10 people. Located in Alhaurín de la Torre, this property offers a unique balance between rural calm and proximity to urban and natural destinations. With easy access and space for up to 4 vehicles within the fenced plot, security and comfort are guaranteed for the whole family, including the little ones.
The villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living-dining room with a fireplace (firewood not included), ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality, as well as an independent kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances such as fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more. Adjacent to the kitchen, an enclosed utility room offers space for washing, ironing or simply enjoying a quiet moment overlooking the landscape. On this floor there are also three bright double bedrooms, all with wardrobes and a full bathroom, plus a bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, a spacious, air-conditioned loft houses four single beds, ideal for children and teenagers. Here they have a television and security-locked windows to ensure their protection. This area is the perfect meeting space for youngsters. In addition, the floor has a large terrace for sunbathing and relaxing in total privacy. It is important to note that the lower area of the accommodation will remain closed during your stay.
If you like the outdoors, enjoy the private swimming pool and the covered porch, which offers space for playing games, sunbathing or preparing a barbecue with the family. The villa is surrounded by a small community of independent houses in a very quiet area, with no immediate neighbours to compromise your privacy.
The 300 mb symmetrical fibre optic internet connection facilitates teleworking or connection for work groups, ensuring your holiday has no interruptions if you need to attend to work matters.
